Kevin Ikeda
Founder & CEO
Kevin Ikeda’s career spans from entrepreneurial startups to executive leadership at a Fortune 500 company, with experience in both from commercial markets to government services. Throughout his professional journey, he has specialized in leading technology portfolios, fostering collaborative customer relationships, developing untapped potential and positioning people in roles they thrive.
In 2019, Kevin retired from SAIC after 21 years and founded Ikeda Innovations, LLC.
While deeply technical, Kevin is equally passionate about service, collaboration, and helping others find their unique purpose. He is committed to building a culture where his team thrives—ensuring they find fulfillment in their work while also empowering them to deliver maximum value to customers. His leadership is rooted in authenticity, practical action, and meaningful relationships—with employees, customers, and partners alike.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys transformation projects, gardening, woodworking, and spending time outdoors maintaining his lawn. He also occasionally does sound and plays drums in a worship band.

Jacob Smith
Director of Software Development
Jacob Smith spent 13 years at SAIC supporting the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). In 2016, he co-founded the web startup Dvinr as CTO, leading development efforts for three years before joining forces with Kevin to help companies modernize their software systems. He shares with Kevin the belief that a supportive, positive, and motivated team culture is essential to achieving excellence.
With expertise in innovative cloud engineering, front-end and back-end development, DevOps, and software team leadership, Jacob is recognized for his ability to approach problem-solving with curiosity, creativity, and innovation. His talent for developing cutting-edge solutions has earned recognition from key industry players.
When he’s not experimenting with Docker, Kubernetes or the latest cloud technologies, Jacob enjoys laughing with his kids, learning Japanese, playing guitar, and teaching his fingers to finally find the right keys on the piano.

Ben Hine
Director of Data Science
Ben has worked in the private sector, public sector, and now as a consultant in the federal government space. He has been working in the field of data science for ten years helping clients find innovative solutions using the latest data science techniques
Ben enjoys taking care of his 3.5 and 5.5 year old children and flirting with the idea of running ultra marathons.

Andrew Bailey
Software Engineering Manager
Andrew is a seasoned technology leader specializing in software engineering, IT transformation, and enterprise architecture. Since 2014, he has excelled in government contracting with SAIC, leveraging 12 years of experience to drive full-stack development and cloud modernization. He leads Agile and DevSecOps initiatives for the Department of Defense and beyond. His expertise delivers scalable, efficient solutions, modernizing legacy systems and workflows.
A champion for cultural change, Andrew transitions teams from waterfall to Agile, embedding DevOps best practices and fostering collaboration. Drawing from his Duke University sports background and youth coaching, he builds strong team cultures, emphasizing mentorship, leadership, and continuous learning.
Based in southern United States, Andrew enjoys coaching his kids in sports, cheering for the San Antonio Spurs, Buffalo Bills, and Duke teams, and pursuing bourbon steward certification – a nod to his passion for tradition and growth.
